Unlike a traditional food truck that serves ready to eat food, our food truck is equipped with freezers to hold each meal frozen ready to take home for dinner.  No shopping or chopping one pan from freezer to oven and dinner is done.  We coordinate our arrival time at your location with the times that people are going home.
