Vietnamese Eggroll Bar was started in 2017 as a way to bring traditional Vietnamese food to Indiana. After Claire Hoang’s parents retired, they joined her in Indiana from Vietnam. After a year of learning English, they wanted to get involved in the community and with their love of cooking, the eggroll business was born.
