Hi! We are Bryan L. Morrison and Carole Bishop, two people with a passion to help others live a healthier lifestyle. That is how we came to create Pure Eating Way in the summer of 2019. At the time, we were regularly working out and thought we were eating healthy. we were doing all of the “right” things. Yet, we were still feeling bloated and stuffed after our meals and not satisfied with the results of our efforts. So, our journey continued.
After our workout one morning, our coach recommended a documentary for us to watch. That introduced us to the whole food plant-based way of eating. We were absolutely skeptical but, committed to try it for 14 days. We were very surprised with the results in such a short amount of time. We felt much better physically and mentally. The effects were greater than what we expected.
Since the shift in our eating habits, we have experienced a drastic transformation in our mental and physical state. Carole came off of her blood pressure medication, chronic pain meds, and migraine meds. She was rid of all the inflammation in her joints and lost over 20 lbs. Bryan has also lost over 20 lbs. He also lost the inflammation in his joints, came off of cholesterol medications and, most importantly, as a type 1 diabetic, his insulin usage has been cut in half.
Our mission is to introduce this way of life to the masses. Whole food plant-based is definitely the way to go. It is the cleanest way to fuel your body and to protect and enhance your body’s natural healing properties. You will reap the benefits physically and mentally with this simple lifestyle modification. We believe that this is a game changer. Eating clean will improve the quality of your life. It is as easy as going to the grocery store. YOU ARE WORTH IT!
